Responsible for sizing 10 KVA - 2000 KVA servo voltage stabilizers, isolation transformers, magnetic core calculations, and variac layout design.
Execute 100% routine quality inspections including insulation breakdown testing, temperature rise tests, and digital meter calibration prior to factory sign-off.
Manage corporate B2B client accounts across manufacturing plants, CNC machining centers, healthcare diagnostic chains, and data center projects.
Supervise daily assembly line floor operations, copper winding technicians, vacuum pressure impregnation schedules, and enclosure fabrication quality.
Hands-on coil winding, variac surface polishing, busbar installation, and control panel wiring for 1-phase and 3-phase industrial stabilizer units.
Execute site installations, pre-commissioning voltage testing, AMC maintenance services, and emergency troubleshooting at customer factory sites.
